About Me
I make photographs because I want to share the people and places around me that impact my life. I like to interact with people and I love the process of photographing people in their best light. I see their personalities on their faces and strive to capture them in a picture.
Landscapes intrigue me because I observe so much in nature that is extraordinary. Golf courses are a haven for me. They are a combination of nature and design. Even when the golf game is letting you down, its hard to be let down by the inherent beauty and calm that surrounds you on a golf course. I took up the game because of my desire to be able to walk in the most beautiful places on earth. It turned out to be a win/win situation as I grew to love the game as much as the beautiful surroundings I was immersed in.
Photography is a tool to explore and share all that is around us. The best way to leave some of that behind is in a print. In this digital age we live in the technology changes are happening fast, and as the media in which we share our images keeps changing some invariably will be lost. The fine art print preserves that image for many generations. My career background is in print, and I feel so fortunate to be able to print my images. I know when I do, I will end up with what I intended when I made the picture.
Thank you for visiting my site.
